The form collects the name, email address, topic and question solely to reply to the request. The data is sent through Brevo to Ellerulli@gmail.com and is not published on the website. WhatsApp is optional and separate. Bookings are handled by Airbnb.

City and country are derived technically when the request is served, but the IP address is not stored in analytics. A local preference without an identifying code distinguishes a new browser from a returning one in aggregate. No advertising cookies, email addresses or personal identifiers are used. An exclusion preference prevents the owner’s visits from being counted on the browser used.
